Jeffrey is the founder, CEO and president for Douglas Scott Securities, Inc. As a firm Principal, he holds a Series 39 Direct Participation Programs Limited Principal's registration. He is also a FINRA registered representative, and holds both a Series 63 Uniform Securities State Law registration and a Series 22 Direct Participation Programs Limited Representative registration. From 1993 to 1995, he was a Registered Representative of Kinlaw Securities Corp., and Vice President of Kinlaw Oil Corp., both in Dallas, Texas. Having grown up within a family in the 'oil patch', Jeffrey has been around the oil and gas business since he was a child. His father, Wallace Mann, is Ex-operations manager for Humble Oil's (Exxon) offshore operations in the gulf of Mexico and is considered one of the best mineralogists in the world.
Jeffrey is very active in his community through various philanthropic endeavors, and is involved with numerous educational programs related to Renewable Energy Projects in Texas, in addition to sitting on the Board of Directors for Abundant Energy, LLC. An avid reader, golfer and student of geology, he enjoys anything that involves spending time with his family. He currently resides with his wife in Plano, TX.

Our Senior Sales Director, Steve is a FINRA registered representative and holds a Series 63 Uniform Securities State Law registration, a Series 22 Direct Participation Programs Limited Representative registration, as well as a Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative registration.
Before joining Douglas Scott Securities, Steve was with New York Life Insurance Company for 12 years and worked with customers on asset protection through insurance products. He has been with our organization since 1996, and is well versed in all forms of Energy, including oil, natural gas and wind power. He also serves as the Senior Account Representative for Douglas Scott Securities.
A native of New Orleans, Steve is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, holding a B.A. in Science & Education. His hobbies include gourmet cooking, soccer refereeing and scuba diving. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife, to whom he has been married for almost 40 years.
